BlueRidgeMac will remain open for service as long as it is feasible. For now, as a safety precaution we will be doing curbside drop off and pick up. Please be prepared to leave your device with us. We have been providing quality service and support to our community for 20 years. Our knowledgeable staff is ready to help you with anything you need, whether it be servicing your current equipment, or helping you purchase new equipment.
Our service department can perform repairs in or out of warranty. We have service staff that has been working with Macintosh computers for a collective total of over 30 years. We can help you whether your issue is simple or complicated.

BlueRidgeMac offers one on one training with knowledgable staff that has years of experience using the very product you want to learn about.
For new users we recommend picking up your product and getting to know it a little bit first, then as you start to know what you need help with call us up and schedule a session. We like to schedule them at least a week ahead of time and recommend a single hour of instruction at a time.
Our lessons are billed at $60 per half-hour.
BlueRidgeMac offers authorized warranty service on any Apple product that falls under Apples one year limited warranty or extended Applecare+ warranty.
We can also perform any repair that falls out of warranty on those products. We can handle drops, spills and anything else that might have unfortunately put you out of commission.
If your repair falls under a warranty agreement or repair extension program there will be no fee for the repair of your equipment. If your repair falls outside of one of these options we have a $69 diagnostic fee and will contact you before moving forward with any repairs.
BlueRidgeMac is also here to help you decide which plan would be best for larger scale integration of Macintosh computers or iPads into your business. We have staff that has years of hands on experience with running networks of computers and equipment.
We will be glad to advise you on things like deploying multiple client machines or setting up your own server. We can also help you with designing your network from running the cables to installing wireless devices and printers.

Liquid Spill Damage for 13-inch Laptops – $599 and up
Liquid Spill Damage for 15-inch and 17-inch Laptops – $899 and up
Expedited Repair Service (Repair is started the same day) – $100 per incident, in addition to repair fees.
